THE OPPORTUNITY: Mark the restaurant’s 10th anniversary with promotions that will get more diners in the door.

THE APPROACH: Ad 1 Partners conceived and developed the Go Fish campaign — including a tableside Go Fish card game with valuable prizes — to raise awareness and interest among potential diners and the media.

THE RESULTS: The chef was featured in two significant articles (cover stories including photo) in a one of Pittsburgh’s major metropolitan daily newspapers, as well as a live cooking demonstration on a popular KDKA-TV news show. Total PR value: $38,000.
